LIBRARY RULE & REGULATIONS

·                 The Library will be Open every days onoffice hours.

·                 Before entering the library the userwill have to sign the visitor register.

·                 Personal goods are not allowed in thelibrary

·                 Photography, Smoking, eating, sleeping usingcell-phone, chatting, playing games are strictly prohibited.

·                 The book will be given to the Cardholders only.

·                 For late submission / late receipt ofbook a fine of Rs 5 will be charged from the students per book per day.

·                 The principal will have the right toterminate the membership of the students. If the rule and regulation of thelibrary are not followed.

·                 Outsider’s students will be allowed toenter the Library, only with special permission from the Principal.

·                 Members will have to show their identitycard before entrance of the Library.

·                 The readers should check the conditionand error of the book, before taking the book.

·                 Only good condition book will beaccepted back.

·                 Library Computer, photocopy Machine.Laptop, and, other Electronic gadgets. Should be used for Academic purposesonly.

·                 Each member of the library can take only5 books at a time from the librarian.

·                 After taking reading materials likebook/magazine etc. from the library it will be the responsibility of the memberto protect that material.

·                 At the end of the each academic sessionall the members will have to return the library books and other readingmaterial for physical verification.

·                 According to college library time table,books, are issue to the student. Students always followed the Library timetable for issuing books.
